Login problems
If you have mislaid your password please use the "Forgotten your Password link" to retrieve it.
Do you receive an error message when you attempt to login? If YES, read the paragraph below, if NO read the subsequent paragraph
YES
If you receive an error message of "Invalid username and password. Please try again" it's likely that you have mis-spelled either your email address or password. The passwords that have been generated for you can contain both numbers as well as letters - it could be for example that you are entering a "one" when a lower case "L" is required, similarly with the letter o and zeros. If you've already had confirmation of your password sent to you by email please try copying and pasting the password from the email.
NO
If you login but receive no error message and the text boxes in the login bar (email address and password) remain blank, it is likely that your browser's settings don't allow you to accept "cookies".
If you're using Internet Explorer 6 you should be able to change this within the Tools->Internet Options->Privacy section (IE5 users will find this in the Security section) by changing your security settings to e.g. Medium (or set it temporarily to "Accept All Cookies" within the "Advanced" menu), alternatively you can add the site (http://www.beossubmissions.com) as a trusted site
If you're using Firefox please go to Tools->Options->Privacy and ensure that "Accept Cookies from All Sites" is checked or ensure that www.beossubmissions.com is defined as an exception where cookies are accepted.
